SCIENCE BEHIND TEMPLE CONSTRUCTION

There are thousands of temples all over India in different size, shape and locations but not all of them are considered to be built the Vedic way. Generally, a temple should be located at a place where earth's magnetic wave path passes through densely. It can be in the outskirts of a town/village or city, or in middle of the dwelling place, or on a hilltop.
I think some of the reasons behind the temples discussed below:
·  Temples are located strategically at a place where the positive energy is abundantly available from the magnetic and electric wave distributions of north/south pole thrust.
·      “Moolasthanam” is where earth’s magnetic waves are found to be maximum. We know that there are some copper plates, inscribed with Vedic scripts, buried beneath the Main Idol. What are they really? No, they are not God’s / priests’ flash cards when they forget the “shlokas”. The copper plate absorbs earth’s magnetic waves and radiates it to the surroundings.
·        A person regularly visiting a temple and walking clockwise around the Main Idol receives the beamed magnetic waves and his body absorbs it.
·    Sanctum (holy place) is closed on three sides. This increases the effect of all energies. The lamp that is lit radiates heat energy and also provides light inside the sanctum to the priests or “poojaris” performing the pooja.
·   The ringing of the bells and the chanting of prayers takes a worshipper into trance, thus not letting his mind waver.
·        When pooja is done in groups, this helps people forget personal problems for a while and relieve their stress.
·       “Theertham”, the “holy” water used during the pooja to wash the idol is not
plain water cleaning the dust off an idol. It is a concoction of Cardamom,Karpur, saffron, “Tulsi” (Holy Basil), Clove, etc...Washing the idol is to charge the water with the magnetic radiations thus increasing its medicinal values. It is a very good blood purifier, as it is highly energized.
·        Men are not allowed to wear shirts at a few temples and women are requested to wear more ornaments during temple visits because gold and hair absorbs more positive energy.
Friends they are not supernatural things it is science …
Rather than saying it as a myth why can’t we show the world that Indians were  good engineers scholars scientist…………………………..

in my view  going to temples not for worshiping god but also for building good relation among people and also to get positive attitude and energy tooo.........

To be a great RISHI ,you need to be a great SCIENTIST...

How is it that all of a sudden, through 1000's of years of human history, all the great scientists of the western world were born together??? Was it a lottery into the materialistic development of countries like UK, USA, Germany, etc.???
Only an Indian, who is well aware of his culture, can raise such a question, as westerners give less scope for going against them.
The truth is that when Newton's forefathers were monkeys, Bhaskaracharya, an Indian scholar, wrote an entire book on gravity. Einstein was wise enough to accept that the source of inspiration for all his research was Indian culture.
Our science, though lot more advanced, was never patented, as the generations who lived then, did lot of research beyond the materialistic world as well.
But when thieves arrived our country, they had no option but to steal and register our research in their names. All they needed was a stamp which gave them a license to steal our research.

Greatness of our country..

Friends I would like to share some of the great and interesting points about our country...

India invented the Number System. Zero was invented by Aryabhatta.

India never invaded any country in her last 10000 years of history.

Sanskrit is the mother of all the European languages. Sanskrit is the most suitable language for computer software, according to a report in Forbes magazine, July 1987.

The World's first university was established in Takshila in 700BC. More than 10,500 students from all over the world studied more than 60 subjects there. The University of Nalanda built in the 4th century BC was one of the greatest achievements of ancient India in the field of education.

Ayurveda is the earliest school of medicine known to humans. Charaka, the father of medicine consolidated  Ayurveda 2500 years ago. Today Ayurveda is fast regaining its rightful place in our civilization.

India was the richest country on earth until the British invaded in the early 17th Century. Christopher Columbus was attracted by India's wealth.

Bhaskaracharya calculated the time taken by the earth to orbit the sun hundreds of years before the astronomer Smart. Time taken by earth to orbit the sun in the 5th century - 365.258756484 days. The art of navigation was born in the river Sindh 6000 years ago. The very word Navigation is derived from the Sanskrit word NAVGATIH. The word navy is also derived from Sanskrit 'Nou'.

The value of "pi" was first calculated by Budhayana, and he explained the concept of what is known as the Pythagorean Theorem. He discovered this in the 6th century long before the European mathematicians. According to the Gemological Institute of America, up until 1896, India was the only source for diamonds to the world.

Usage of anesthesia was well known in ancient India medicine. Detailed knowledge of anatomy, embryology, digestion, metabolism, physiology, etiology, genetics and immunity is also found in many ancient Indian texts.

Sushruta is the father of surgery. 2600 years ago he and health scientists of his time conducted complicated surgeries like cesareans, cataract, artificial limbs, fractures, urinary stones and even plastic surgery and brain surgery. Usage of anesthesia was well known in ancient India. Over 125 surgical equipment were used. Deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, etiology, embryology, digestion, metabolism, genetics and immunity is also found in many texts. The earliest reservoir and dam for irrigation was built in Saurashtra.

Chess (Shataranja or AshtaPada) was invented in India. When many cultures were only nomadic forest dwellers over 5000 years ago, Indians established Harappan culture in Sindh Valley, known as the Indus Valley Civilization.

The World's First Granite Temple is the Brihadeswara temple at Tanjavur in Tamil Nadu. The shikhara is made from a single '80-tonne' piece of granite. Also, this magnificient temple was built in just five years, (between 1004 AD and 1009 AD) during the reign of Rajaraja Chola.

India is the Largest democracy in the world, the 6th largest country in the world and  one of the most ancient and living civilizations (at least 10, 000 years old).

The game of snakes & ladders was created by the 13th century poet saint Gyandev. It was originally called 'Mokshapat.' The ladders in the game represented virtues and the snakes indicated vices. The game was played with cowries’ shells and dices. Later through time, the game underwent several modifications but the meaning is the same i.e. good deeds take us to heaven and evil to a cycle of re-births.

If our ancestors can do miracles in the time where technology is not that much appreciable, think once what we can do with the technology we had with us right now without harming nature  …..

It’s not about technology it is about attitude and respect towards nation as well as love towards the nature. Think once……..J

I would like to bring  very interesting wonders  of puri temple...

7 Wonders of Jagannath  Temple as follows –

1.Flag always flap in opposite direction of air

2.From any place in Puri you will find Sudarshan Charka (Charka at top of Temple) is facing to you only

3.Normally in day air comes from sea to land and at evening opposite way but in Puri it is totally opposite

4.No bird or planes fly above the Temple

5.The shadow of the main dome is not visible at any time in any direction

6.The quantity of cooked food inside the Temple remains same for entire year. But same prasadam can feed few thousand people and 20 lac people also; still it won’t not get waste or never lag

7.In Jagannath Temple kitchen, 7 pots are kept on each other and  cooked on wood fire. In this process top pot get cooked 1st and bottom one last. After entering from Singhadwara’s first step inside the Temple. can’t hear any voice of ocean and when you cross the same step outside you can hear it. Mostly we can notice this at even time clearly.

Everyday Life:The Four Regulation Principles..

Friends,
What i feel about everyday principles ..our friend lord KRISHNA said some works(sinful activities) that should not be done by person in the society .......

Anyone serious about society must try to avoid the following activities:
1.Gambling. Gambling invariably puts one into anxiety and fuels greed, envy and anger.
2.The use of intoxicants.Drugs, alcohol and tobacco,as well as any drinks or foods containing caffeine, cloud the mind, over simulate the senses, and make it impossible to understand or follow truth.
3.Eating meat, fish or egg.these foods are saturated with the modes of passion and ignorance and therefore cannot be offered to lord. a person who eats these foods participates in a conspiracy of violence helpless animals and thus stops his spiritual progress dead in its tracks.
4.Illicit sex. This is sex outside of marriage sex in marriage for any purpose other than procreation.the scriptures teach that sex is the most powerful force binding us to the world which always act as an a  obstacle to reach our goals....

Relationship with Krishna

We all have relationships—no one lives in a vacuum—and each of us also has a relationship with the Supreme Person,Krishna. Our basic relationship with Krishna is that of parts to the whole: God is great; we're small.
He is like the sun, the ocean, or fire; we're like the sun's rays, drops of the ocean, or sparks of the fire.

Ultimately, God is the source of our existence, and we're all parts of His energy. As such, we all have an inseparable relationship with Him.
How we relate with Him is up to us. Most people in this material world are trying to forget God entirely. The Prema-vivartaand other Vedic writings say that we've come here in the first place because we want to forget God, or Krishna, and He allows us to do that. He doesn't interfere with our free will. He keeps Himself out of sight, maintains us at a distance, and provides all our necessities of life while patiently waiting for us to turn towards Him again.

What Is Real Wealth?

Srimad Bhagavatam tells that even if one conquers the entire universe one cannot be satisfied or free from anxiety unless one controls one’s own mind and senses. So this is real wealth. True wealth from a realistic spiritual prospective is not what we accumulate – fame, power, wealth, skills, longevity of physical life. All of these things we strive for thinking they will give us happiness.
Real wealth is happiness that is not subjected to the ever changing conditions of this world. Because whoever we are, whatever position we may hold, this world is full of uncertainties – honor, dishonor, pleasure, pain, happiness, distress, health, disease, fame and infamy, the birth and death of love ones. Often times these qualities are out of our control.
Ø  So real happiness is transcendental to all of the changes in this world and we must deal with the things of this world from the prospective of service, rather than from the prospective of being the enjoyer because of the lack of fulfillment inside..

In an evolved human society, people love people and they use things.

But unfortunately, the way the world is today, all too often people love things and they use people to get them.

Thus there is a very large crisis of trust in this world, and it creates so many problems in relationships. When our relationships are based upon values, we can trust each other. We can only be trusted when we are trustworthy—when we are faithful, when we have a higher integrity than what the mind and the senses are always demanding.

As technology is spinning us into higher and higher dimensions, we have to balance that with what is actually required to have quality in life; things alone cannot give us quality life; appreciation and gratitude for natural gifts, for each other, and for God’s grace—that gives quality life. When we use the incredible resources that are available in the world with that spirit, we can be instruments of enormously positive change within the world.

And making that inner connection with the simple essence of life can actually be fulfilled by sincerely chanting God’s names.

Dear Friends,
Vinayaka chaturthi is the festival of love & devotion where members of family a lot ,taking & giving  from and to environment is main motto of the festival ...

To be able to choose the most appropriate ecosensitive solution it is important that we understand the environmental impacts of Ganesh Chaturthi.

These can be summarized to be the following:

  1. The water pollution caused by the immersion of Plaster of Paris idols into natural water bodies.
  2. The water pollution by chemical paints used on these idols.
  3. The waste generated by the non biodegradable accessories used during the worship.
  4. Noise pollution
  5. Traffic congestion
  6. Increased consumerism
  7. Amongst these the first two can be partially resolved by a shift to Eco sensitive materials and practices.
      Possible solutions:

Since the main issue around water pollution has got to do with the idol immersion ritual, several people are now suggesting a slight variation of this ritual to avoid water pollution. These include:

      1. Immersing the idol in a water tank constructed by the government, instead of directly into natural water bodies.
      2. Using only a natural clay idol and immersing it either in the tank or in a bucket of water at home.
      3. Immersing a 'betel nut' which symbolizes the idol and reusing the same idol every year.
      4. If one is using a PoP idol, simply sprinkling a few drops of water on it as a symbolic immersion and donating the idol to be recycled for the following year.

best wishes my dear friends enjoy the day and wishing u a great and lovely vinakya chaturdhi..........
I pray to my sweet lord  that he should give enough strength and courage to meet our goals which help our country to be  supreme power

wish you all  HAPPY ECO GANAPATI CHATURDHI
                      goooo greennnnn... :)

"God is like a power house, an electrical powerhouse. And we are all like different light bulbs. ...

But whatever power we have at any level, it is coming from the ultimate source that current is flowing and every living being in the human form of life has the independent free will to use that energy and channel it according to their desire. We may channel it motivated by greed, lust, envy, anger, pride and illusion; or we may channel that same energy with compassion, with love, with concern for others and with devotion."
